Tri-City Vinyl has been a family owned business for 35 years. The business was founded in 1975 by John R. Burt. John’s experience as a salesman and pool installer, made him keenly aware of the opportunities and challenges facing pool distributors.

“My philosophy is this – if I’m going to manufacture a product, that product better be the best of its kind and do what it’s supposed to do,” Burt stated.

With that can-do attitude, Tri-City Vinyl remains a successful, independently-owned business. Our business model remains simple: delivering exceptional pool liners with outstanding customer service.
